Reclaiming human dignity
Who is Arthy?
“I was born into poverty near the tea plantations in southern India where I had no voice, no choice, and was told I didn’t deserve to dream. A man took advantage of my desperation and trapped me in human trafficking. I felt lost. My hopes were shattered, and my shame kept me silent.” - Arthy, a survivor.
When Arthy joined the community at the Dignity Education Center, she discovered acceptance and respect, finally experiencing her God-given dignity! IDEAS’ Human Trafficking Prevention program gave her the tools to reclaim her story and support women in her community who are at risk.
“Now, I am determined to protect others from the pain and abuse I’ve experienced. No one was there to help me escape trafficking, but with IDEAS training, I can inspire change."

It could have been me.
“The first time I visited a brothel, I fell on my knees and cried, ‘Lord, where are you?’ Then, I saw him, Jesus, on the far side of the room with a young woman weeping. That day changed my life!” - Gabrielle Thompson, CEO/President of IDEAS
If we don’t address the root causes that create trafficking, it will sprout up over and over like a weed. Invest in growing flourishing communities where the disease of human trafficking has no place to take root. JOIN US!

Anti-Human Trafficking
Human trafficking is one of the most serious violations of a person's God-given dignity. Communities cannot flourish when people are being trafficked in and out of them.
IDEAS’ transformational community development approach addresses the root challenges and structural injustices that create the vulnerabilities that lead to trafficking. The way to change the face of trafficking is stop it before it happens.
