IDEAS is looking for an Administrator to work with our partner organization inMyanmar Myanmar!

IDEAS partners with an organization that is training young people from the jungle areas of Eastern Myanmar, primarily from the “Karen” people group.  Decades of civil war has left the infrastructure in shambles. Our partner's programs are focused on developing a sustainable training program for indigenous healthcare teams to serve the marginalized in Myanmar.

You would join a growing community of expats and nationals who are focused on building up marginalized communities through healthcare training. An administrator is needed to help the Myanmar-based clinic and training center to run smoothly, providing leadership to the administration team, work in finance and budgeting, guide the local staff and develop new management systems.
