New Director of Development and
Communications joins IDEAS

We are pleased to announce that Sarah Rymer is replacing Anne Coughlin as the new IDEAS Director of Development and Communications effective August 18, 2008. We appreciate Anne's many outstanding contributions to the organization and wish her all the best as she and her husband, Jason, await the birth of their first child.

Previously, Sarah served as the Director of Seminary Relations at Denver Seminary from July 2005, until present, where she worked in the fields of development, public relations, communications and grant writing.

Sarah also worked closely with partner seminaries in Latin America, helping to build reciprocal relationships and providing counsel, and coordinated a variety of programs to bring national and international exposure to the seminary. She earned her B.A. in History from Colorado State University and her M.A. in International Development from the University of Denver. She is proficient in Spanish and has extensive travel experience throughout Europe, Latin America and Africa, including Cuba, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, South Africa, Senegal and Morocco.

Sarah stated, "I am thrilled to be a part of the IDEAS team! I look forward to serving in the areas of development and communications."
